How do I book an airport transfer?
You can book directly through our website using the booking form on the homepage. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your date and time, and choose your vehicle. You will receive instant confirmation with your driver details.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver enters the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1 or T2) and waits at the exit with your name on a sign. You receive the driver’s name and phone number before your flight so you can contact them directly.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts the pickup time automatically. We include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, so there is no extra charge for normal delays.
How long will the driver wait at the airport?
Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your flight lands at no extra cost. This gives you plenty of time to collect your luggage and pass through customs.
Do you offer fixed prices?
Yes. All our transfers have a fixed price confirmed before you book. The price includes tolls, parking fees, and airport charges. There are no hidden fees or meter surprises.
How much does an airport transfer cost?
Airport to city centre starts from €49 for a sedan and €59 for a minivan. Prices to other destinations depend on distance. Use our booking form for an instant quote.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at booking is the price you pay. Tolls, parking, airport fees, and up to 60 minutes of waiting time are all included.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system (Stripe). Payment is processed at the time of booking.
What vehicles do you offer?
We offer three vehicle types: the Toyota Camry (up to 4 passengers, 3 suitcases), the Toyota Prius Plus (up to 4 passengers, 3 suitcases), and the Mercedes Benz Van (up to 7 passengers, 7 suitcases). All are official Barcelona taxis.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention the child’s age when booking so we can prepare the appropriate seat.
Can I travel with sports equipment or oversized luggage?
Yes. Please mention any special luggage (golf bags, ski equipment, bicycles, surfboards) when booking so we can assign a vehicle with enough space.
Do you cover long-distance routes?
Yes. We offer transfers to Sitges, Lloret de Mar, Salou, PortAventura, Tarragona, Girona, Costa Brava, Montserrat, Andorra, and many more. All with fixed pricing.
Do you offer cruise port transfers?
Yes. We provide private transfers to and from all Barcelona cruise terminals, including transfers between the cruise port and the airport, hotels, or any city address.
Can I book a transfer to a destination not listed?
Yes. Use our booking form and enter your address. We cover all of Catalonia and can arrange transfers to most destinations in Spain.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, please contact us to discuss options.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes. Contact us as early as possible if you need to change your pickup time, destination, number of passengers, or vehicle type.
