What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver monitors your flight in real time. If it is delayed, they adjust and wait up to 1 hour after landing at no extra cost.
Where does my driver meet me?
Inside the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1 or T2) with a name sign — not at the kerb. You get their name and phone before your flight.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes — completely fixed. Includes all tolls, airport fees, parking and low-emission zone charges. What you are quoted is what you pay.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Your payment will be refunded in full minus a small processing fee of €2.49 (payment provider transaction costs).
Do you offer child seats?
Yes. Baby seat (0-3y), booster seat (4-12y) available at booking for €10 each.
Can I book for a large group?
Our minivan fits up to 7 passengers with 7 suitcases. For larger groups, contact us for multiple vehicles.
